CeeFee
was designed with a new objective. Our team wanted to make software,
and make it work! At the pinnacle of our developmental objectives
were efficiency and usability. Get
CeeFee and see why it is now being used in Data-Warehouses worldwide. |

-
Open Source - "Would you purchase a car
with the hood welded shut?" Neither should you software.
CeeFee code is open so that you can tweak, fix, and inspect
any aspect of the application that you so desire.
-
BOR (Error
Negotiation) - CeeFee utilizes a methodology that we call 'Best Option
Response'. This allows the program to detect erroneous
input/scenarios and automatically remedy.
- Graphics Mode
Configuration - CeeFee allows you to set a 'graphics mode', allowing
you to choose the amount of computer resources that the program will consume.
-
Smart
TCP - CeeFee
automatically performs numerous operations to ensure that your job
gets done in the most efficient manner possible. Some of the most
salient operations deal with the Transmission Control Protocol
(TCP).
- When an erroneous situation
causes the data connection to close, CeeFee automatically
establishes a new connection onto which you work may continue.
- CeeFee automatically throttles
its bandwidth usage so that even during long data transfers,
your internet connection is never 'maxed out'.
- Versatility -
CeeFee would not be very
efficient or very useable if it was not very versatile. Thus,
versatility was a paramount objective.
-
Portability -
CeeFee
was created using the Java™
programming language. Java allows applications to be run on
virtually any Operating System thinkable. You no longer need a
FTP client for your Unix servers and a separate FTP client for
your Windows Servers.
-
Ability -
CeeFee
has the ability to connect with myriads of FTP servers. Not to
mention the fact that support for new servers is added as
quickly as we can find them. Whether you are connecting to a
Mainframe, a Mini-Computer or a desktop server; CeeFee has what
it takes.
